A balanced interior design can be created in a lot of ways. In the case of the dining space designed by Hi-Location, the approach is simple and complex at the same time. There is no dominant feature here. Instead, several different element work together to form a harmonious and inviting ambiance.
The graphic design of this dining room was a project by studio Jamie Beriestain. There are many intriguing elements here which wouldn’t be so eye-catching if not put all together in the same space. They include features such as the graphical area rug, the wall décor, the glass table or the chandelier. The all white room is the perfect backdrop for all the rustic and vintage treasures integrated in this dining room by designer Lynda Gardener. The décor is a mixture of vintage and rustic with subtle hints of industrial in the form of a metal table frame or pendant lamp.
The lucite chairs used here by H2 Design + Build are not great if you have something to hide. However, they’re perfect if you want to put emphasis on the table and to keep the décor bright, airy and simple. The vaulted brick ceiling gives this dining room a unique look while also being a reminder of the building’s history. You can try to find similar ways of making your dining room stand out, either by adding something to the décor or by revealing something underneath it.
